Group Registration & Policies

Group registration
Applicable for any presentation type. Groups of three or more from the same organization or institution receive a discounted rate; groups above ten should contact the Program Manager for a higher discount. Benefits depend on presentation type (oral / poster / listener / virtual). All discounted registrations are fully non-refundable.
Cancellation and refund policy
Before 60 days of the conference: eligible for a full refund (after a service fee deduction). 60–45 days before: 50% of payment refunded. Within 45 days: not eligible for refund. All bank charges are borne by the registrant. If the event is cancelled by the organizer, registrants receive credit for the full amount paid, usable for another event within one year.
Registration and payment
Payment is due 21 days from invoice date or before the event, whichever is sooner. Online payment is by credit/debit card through the secure payment link; offline registration is arranged through the conference manager. Please quote your invoice number as reference. Onsite payment must be made before receiving conference materials (cash suggested).
Visa information
Please apply for a visa as soon as possible and apply for a Business Visa only. The organizers do not contact embassies or consulates on behalf of applicants, and visa refusals are not covered by the cancellation policy. An acceptance letter is provided upon approval of abstracts.

Other terms
Hotels apply their own cancellation policies, generally for cancellations less than 30 days before arrival. Registration fees do not include insurance. Invitation letters are sent only to registered participants. Delegates are responsible for their own belongings, transportation and parking, and take part at their own risk.
